Which BlackBerry models are supported?

We currently support the Curve 8330 and Curve 8310, but users have been able to run the app on a few other models as well, but we do not guarantee those models to be bug-free.

I keep getting "Error authenticating user". Help!

If your phone is a supported model (see above), then please email us at support@everytrail.com and we will look into the problem further.

When are you releasing an updated BlackBerry App?

If we could, we would do it tomorrow. However we are focusing our mobile efforts on iPhone and Android right now, and will then later migrate changes to BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, and other mobile apps afterwards. We think it is best to create a great app for one device and then release it for other devices after, rather than adding new features for many apps at the same time.
